Nice to know:
He sings “Can’t I Love You” from the Queen Seon Deok OST
His debut drama role was as the character Noh Seong Hwan in Be Strong Geum Soon!(2005) opposite actess Han Hye Jin and actor Kang Ji Hwan.
How do I rate his acting?: 8/10
My views: Evil, humorous, sadistic, or charming, Kim Nam Gil can act it all! The deepest impression he left me was when he acted as Bidam in Queen Seon Deok. In that role, he portrayed the character in a unique way that I have yet to see another actor do. I just wanted so much at points in the show to like him but yet I couldn’t, and when I really wanted to hate his character there was just this charm about him which made me change my mind. He is an actor to watch out for… I look forward to seeing him act in a more light hearted role!
Role In “Bad Guy/Man”: Kim Nam Gil plays the role of Shim Gun-wook, a man in search of revenge against the Haeshin Group, of which Hong Tae Sung (played by Kim Jae Wook) is the heir. He acts along side actress Han Ga In (Witch Yoo-Hee/Witch Amusement), Oh Yun Soo (Jumong/The Book Of Three Han), and actor Kim Jae Wook (The 1st Shop Of Coffee Prince).
